By accessing or using the Online Practice Test Platform operated under Global People's Academy (Go), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

- Paid premium online tests

3. Educational Purpose Only
All tests and study materials are provided strictly for educational practice and learning support. The platform does not conduct any official examination and is not affiliated with any government or examination authority.
4. Access Code Based Usage
The platform operates on an access code system. After successful payment, users receive an access code that allows them to attempt the number of tests purchased.
Each access code:
- Is valid only for the purchased number of tests
- Becomes inactive after allowed attempts are completed
- Must not be shared or misused
Users are responsible for keeping their access code secure.
5. User Information
To purchase tests, users must provide accurate information such as their name and mobile number. Providing incorrect or incomplete details may lead to access issues for which the platform will not be responsible.
We do not require account registration or login for using the platform.
6. Payments
All payments for premium tests or study materials are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. After successful payment confirmation, access is provided instantly through an access code.
Users should ensure that they review test details, pricing, and available demo content before making any purchase.
7. No Refund Rule
Since the platform provides digital educational services that are delivered instantly after payment, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
Users are advised to use demo tests and preview materials before purchasing to make an informed decision.
8. User Conduct
Users must use the platform honestly and only for their personal educational practice. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating or attempting tests through another person
- Using automated tools, bots, or unfair methods
- Sharing access codes with multiple users
- Copying or redistributing test content without permission
Violation of these rules may result in restriction or suspension of access.
9. Intellectual Property
All tests, questions, answers, study materials, PDFs, e-books, and related content are the intellectual property of Global People's Academy (Go) unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.
10. Accuracy and Updates
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all content is accurate and up to date. However, errors or changes in syllabus and information may occur. Users may report any errors through the official Contact Form for correction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global People's Academy (Go) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including academic performance, exam results, or technical interruptions.
12. Use by Minors
Users under the age of 18 should use the platform only with the permission and supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring purchases and usage by minors.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a compatible device, updated browser, and stable internet connection to access and attempt online tests. The platform will not be responsible for issues caused by device limitations or poor connectivity.

The platform may rely on secure third-party services for payment processing and technical operations. We are not responsible for the policies, downtime, or technical issues of such third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
